Senior In-Home Services

Senior In Home Services Program offers Chore Service and Case Management to seniors who are NOT eligible for the Medicaid Choice Waiver. Case Management assists persons in gaining access to needed medical, social, and educational services. Chore service provides eligible seniors with light housekeeping and assistance to maintain the senior’s home in a clean and safe environment.
