There are many support services available to assist seniors and their caregivers in leading fulfilling lives. Senior Citizens of Kodiak, Inc. is happy to provide you with this guide to information and resources that can help you remain in your home safely and for as long as possible.

Most senior service providers collaborate to create a network of information and services to help seniors and caregivers. Senior Citizens of Kodiak, Inc. works closely with the Kodiak Area Native Association, Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center, Sunrise Assisted Living, and Kodiak Island Housing Authority, among others. Each agency works together to provide a comprehensive blanket of support to seniors in our community.

In November 2018, Senior Citizens of Kodiak not only celebrated its fortieth anniversary of serving seniors, it was also awarded re-accreditation by the National Institute of Senior Centers, the first senior center in the State of Alaska to achieve this honor. We received our first accreditation in 2003.
