Island Cove Adult Day Program

Island Cove offers a safe, caring, active environment for seniors and adults with special needs.  The program supports participants’ independence, maintaining and increasing skill levels, while enhancing their quality of life.  Island Cove is not an institutional setting.  We are a Home and Community Based service provider and our policy is to be inclusive to all people in the community.

Cost:

Cost of service is based on a sliding fee schedule. An application is necessary before being admitted to the program.

Island Cove Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:30 Weekends 9:30 to 3:00

Island Cove is for individuals who:

  • are isolated or lonely and need socialization
  • have memory impairments
  • have Alzheimer’s disease
  • have Parkinson’s disease
  • are recovering from a stroke
  • might need more monitoring during the day
  • need medication management
